List of safety warnings for power strips based on the requirements of General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) * Make sure that the strip is suitable for the voltage and current of the devices you intend to connect to it. * Do not overload the power strip by connecting too many devices to it that exceed its maximum load. * Regularly check the condition of the power cable of the strip and plugs for damage, such as abrasions, cracks, or exposed wires. * Do not use a strip with a damaged cable or plug. * Make sure the strip is placed in a place where it will not be exposed to moisture, flooding or contact with water. * Do not use the strip near heat sources, open fire or in high temperature areas. * Make sure the strip is placed in a place where the power cable will not be exposed to mechanical damage, e.g. crushing furniture or stepping on it. * Do not repair the strip yourself. Any repairs should be carried out by qualified personnel. * When replacing the fuse, make sure that the new fuse has the right parameters (voltage and current). * Do not modify the strip in any way, do not add additional sockets or change its design. * Make sure the strip is placed in a place where it is easily accessible so that it can be quickly disconnected from the power supply if needed. * Protect the strip from children. * Do not leave the strip unattended, especially when connecting or disconnecting devices. * When disconnecting the strip from the outlet, always grab the plug, not the cable. * Do not cover the power strip during use to ensure adequate ventilation and avoid overheating. * In case of smoke, fire or disturbing sounds, immediately disconnect the strip from the power supply. * Always disconnect the power strip before cleaning and use a dry, soft cloth. * Do not use the power strip in an environment where flammable gases or liquids are present. * Make sure the power strip complies with applicable safety standards. * Follow the manufacturer's instructions for using and maintaining the power strip.
