Najnowszy, wytrzymały przełącznik PoE RGS100-5P firmy Zyxel został zaprojektowany z myślą o pracy w trudnych warunkach. Szeroki zakres temperatur pracy od -40°C do 70°C umożliwia niezawodną pracę RGS100-5P dzielnie stawiając czoła wyzwaniom atmosferycznym, jakie stawia otoczenie. Ponadto, metalowy mechanizm spełniający normę IP30 oraz konstrukcja bez wentylatora pozwalają urządzeniu wytrzymać w środowisku pełnym pyłu lub kurzu.

RGS100-5P wyposażono w cztery gigabitowe porty PoE+, umożliwiające łatwe podłączenie urządzeń wymagających zasilania, oraz jedno gigabitowe łącze światłowodowe SFP do rozszerzenia sieci na węzły oddalone nawet o 40 km. W celu dostosowania do różnych wdrożeń, RGS100-5P może być zainstalowany na szynie DIN lub na ścianie, co pozwala na efektywne wykorzystanie przestrzeni w szafie.
