Short circuit can cause a sudden rise in temperature and fire. * Protect your batteries from moisture and water contact. Moisture can cause corrosion and damage to the batteries. * Do not throw used batteries into the fire. High temperatures can cause an explosion. * Observe polarity when inserting rechargeable batteries into devices. Incorrect insertion of batteries can cause damage to the device or the batteries themselves. * Remove batteries from devices that will not be used for extended periods of time. Leaving the batteries in the device can lead to their discharge and leakage, which can damage the device. * Do not attempt to open, crush or modify the batteries. Damage to the battery housing can cause chemicals to leak and pose a threat. * In case of electrolyte leakage from rechargeable batteries, avoid contact with skin and eyes.
