TP-LINK Omada to przemysłowy, zarządzalny switch warstwy 2 zaprojektowany do pracy w trudnych warunkach. Oferuje 10 portów Gigabit (8 x RJ-45 oraz 2 x RJ45/SFP combo) z obsługą PoE: 6 portów PoE+ oraz 2 porty PoE++ (4PPoE) i łącznym budżetem zasilania 240 W, co umożliwia jednoczesne zasilanie kamer i innych urządzeń sieciowych.

Urządzenie zapewnia zaawansowane funkcje sieciowe niezbędne w instalacjach CCTV i rozbudowanych sieciach: obsługę VLAN (do 4000), agregację łączy, IGMP snooping, QoS, mirror portów oraz tablicę MAC na 8000 wpisów. Przełącznik pracuje w trybie store-and-forward, ma przepustowość 20 Gbit/s, przepustowość ramek 14,88 Mpps oraz bufor pakietów 4000 MB i obsługę ramek jumbo do 15000 bajtów.

Konstrukcja przemysłowa obejmuje aluminiową obudowę IP40, szeroki zakres zasilania DC 12 - 57 V z 1+1 redundantnymi wejściami oraz możliwość montażu na szynie DIN i na ścianie.
