Moduł rozszerzający (tzw. przystawka sekretarska) Yealink EXP50jest kompatybilna z telefonami i wideotelefonami z serii T5 (T52S, T54S, T56A, T58A, T58V). Posiada duży kolorowy wyświetlacz LCD oraz 3 strony 20 klawiszy, w których można zaprogramować do 60 różnych funkcji np. BLF/BLA, szybkie wybieranie, odbieranie, przekierowywanie, transfer, parkowanie połączeń itp. Moduł posiada dedykowane przyciski dla stron klawiszy, tak aby na każdym klawiszu można było zapisać do 3 funkcji.
